Greater Shepparton is Australia's premier agricultural "food bowl," generating a vast majority Victoria’s agricultural output. Driven by intense irrigation, the region focuses on dairying, fruit production (apples, pears, stone fruit), and tomatoes, with key hubs like Tatura and Ardmona specialising in agriculture.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Educate customers about their business options, providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk
• Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business
• Identify new referral opportunities
• Prepare and submit customer lending proposals
• Ensure our customers feel supported and valued
• Manage day-day compliance requirements

We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationship.
• A genuine passion for customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain by modelling NAB’s values and behaviours
• Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials
