- Play a key role in strengthening fraud governance and risk management across Personal Banking.
- Partner across product teams, Fraud Operations, Investigations and Financial Crime Risk Management.
- Support fraud prevention, detection and response through governance, reporting, training and awareness.

In the role of Consultant PB Fraud Management, you will work closely with PB Fraud & Scams Governance team, contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.
You’ll make an impact each day by:
- Supporting the delivery of fraud and scam governance initiatives across Personal Banking and the broader enterprise.
- Monitoring, reporting and escalating fraud and scam risks through relevant governance forums.
- Working across product teams and fraud service providers to support effective prevention, detection and response.
- Supporting fraud and scam event management and investigations, including findings and treatment plans.
- Providing training, awareness and communications support across Personal Banking.
You’ll bring to this role:
- Experience in Operational Risk, Fraud or Personal Banking Product Management is highly valued.
- Sound understanding of fraud risks, policies and their application within Personal Banking.
- Strong stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and report-writing capability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, support change and effectively communicate business challenges.
