- Join the Customer Communication Insights Team and drive advanced analytics to support the strategic design, development and measurement effectiveness of customer communications across – digital marketing channels!
- Drive end to end digital campaign delivery from inception to data discovery, data enablement, insights & post implementation review for continual improvement.
- Use data driven insights to influence decision making on top priorities to deliver to the digital marketing strategies.

In the role of Consultant, Customer Communication Insights, you will join our Customer Communication Insights Team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond by:
- Leading the use of advanced analytical techniques for exploring data to provide data driven insights and support strategic decision making across Marketing
- Deep understanding of digital customer experience, including trends and customer data flow, to translate these insights into actionable next best action strategies that enhance customer experience
- Conduct pre and post campaign analytics to help shape customer contact strategy design, targeting opportunities and optimisations
- Present analytical findings using latest data visualisation tools and creation of insight presentations for various audiences
- Development of improved analysis approaches and test and learn frameworks
- Leading and developing a team to deliver best-in-class analytical reporting insights and strategies.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Demonstrated financial services experience, especially consumer or business banking
- Proven experience in marketing/ digital campaign delivery highly beneficial
- Experience working in agile frameworks and familiarity with the rituals
- Demonstrated experience coaching and guiding junior analysts
- Strong background in using SQL and a sound foundation in python for analytics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with excellent presentation skills to senior leadership
- Strong business acumen & problem-solving skills
- Be open-minded, proactive to learn new skills (best in class training provided)
