As the Senior Business Analyst in Nab Hive, you will:

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, such as customer support, legal, risk and the Business Product Owner for business outcomes in a switch replacement program. 
• Come together as a team to refine the backlog of through prioritisation, estimation and decision making to maximise the value being delivered by ensuring all features and stories are aligned to business value.
• Analyse the impact of proposed solutions holistically to support the change manager with Business Impact Assessments.
• Utilise your strong communication and ability to influence others when coordinating and engaging with stakeholders and teams to achieve end to end outcomes.
• Support the Product Owners to define the business value and required outcomes.

What you will bring  

• Demonstrated experience working in a similar Business Analyst role ideally within Financial Services, along with in-depth understanding of financial products, systems, and processes.
• Comfortable leading workshops, in a cross functional business and IT team through the discovery, development and operational usage stage of change.
• Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making.
• Demonstrated experience in Payment Switch highly desirable.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Ability to communicate a vision to key stakeholders and teams and working with product owner to develop it into a shaped backlog of key features, epics stories and goals for individual sprints.
• Creativity and simplifying complex processes and issues, problem solving and analysis.
