In the role of Business Analyst, you will join the Digital Sales team as we strengthen our focus on customer obsession, keeping it simple and winning together. The role is responsible for translating business problems into clear, testable requirements that enable the delivery of improved digital experiences and customer outcomes.
You'll make an impact each day by:
- Turning business needs into clear, build-ready requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs, challenges and business objectives
- Mapping customer journeys and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Facilitating workshops, interviews and requirement reviews to build shared understanding
- Supporting backlog refinement, testing and user acceptance activities
- Managing dependencies, risks and decisions to keep delivery aligned to business outcomes
- Partnering with product, UX, content, martech and engineering teams to bring new functionality and experiences to life
- Creating visual models and documentation that support decision-making and delivery outcomes
You'll bring to this role:
- Experience in business analysis, product delivery or a similar role within a digital environment
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into clear and testable requirements
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working in agile environments, including backlog refinement, testing or UAT
- An ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity
- Strong analytical thinking, curiosity and attention to detail
- Exposure to martech, CMS platforms or digital customer experiences will be highly regarded
