In the role of Associate Director, you will join the FGT team within Client Coverage that’s at the heart of customer obsession and social impact.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Provide relationship management and strategic planning to designated clients
- Build client engagement across predominately across NSW Government and the Community Housing sectors
- Delivery of solutions to meet client needs
- Delivery of leading industry insights
- Provision of high-quality business management support
- Origination of new transactions across the full suite of available products
- Coordination of relevant client activities across the NAB group (including with Government Affairs and the Social Impact team)
- Creating and maintaining a sustainable risk position in relation to the designated client set
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need to have:
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar relationship manager/client coverage role in Corporate & Institutional Banking
- Knowledge and understanding of Government sub-sectors within FGT
- Demonstrated understanding of Institutional Banking, general accounting & legal principles and transactional banking products
- Knowledge of credit, operational, compliance and conduct risk
- Strong negotiation and strategic-selling skills coupled with client relationship management expertise and ability to grow a business through multi-product origination
- Proven ability in strategic planning and execution skills
