As a Data Analyst in the Home Ownership Analytics team, you’ll work closely with the Home Ownership product team, who are doubling down on delivering exceptional customer and product outcomes.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Design, build, prototype, visualise, test and deploy based on business requirements
- Ensuring all documents are up to date
- Refresh reports at the agreed SLA, including any data collection for ingestion required for the report refresh
- Troubleshoot production issues and able to articulate problems to onshore teams for resolution
- Implement minor changes, test and validate to ensure all data is correct
- Support and maintenance of ongoing target state data models and dashboard reporting using Power BI
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex business settings.
- You will have the ability to analyse data and present it in an effective and meaningful manner.
- Understand financial services data and able to understand data models and relationships to compile reporting and metrics.
- Ability to represent data in a graphical or pictorial format based on requirements using NAB’s visualisation tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and Power BI.
- Batchelor degree in business, data analytics/computer science, statistics or related disciplines.
