In the role of Product Owner, you will join the Digital and AI team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
In this Product Owner role, you will:
- Translate AI assurance needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with risk stakeholders to integrate human oversight, auditability, and control effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain evaluation suites for safety, robustness, quality, and compliance. Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver features such as rollback/kill switches, safe execution layers, and traceability.
- Monitor agentic system performance and risk indicators, champion continuous improvement.
- Contribute to incident investigation and structured remediation for AI safety issues.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Proven experience in product ownership, AI/ML, data science, platform engineering, operational risk, or related domain.
- Demonstrated experience in building or governing AI systems, agentic frameworks, or LLM-driven products.
- Experience working with cross-functional risk, compliance, and operational control teams.
- Exposure to assurance patterns such as model evaluations, guardrails, oversight tooling, and incident response.
- Understanding of regulatory expectations for AI, automated decisioning, and model risk management.
