In the role of an Agribusiness Manager2, you will join Corey Beeton and our Port Macquarie Regional & Agri team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

The role

As an Agribusiness Manager 2, you will proactively manage and grow a portfolio of agribusiness & diversified customers, providing tailored banking and financial solutions that support their business goals. You'll build trusted relationships, identify growth opportunities, and work closely with specialist partners across NAB to deliver a seamless customer experience.

You'll be responsible for both deepening existing customer relationships and acquiring new business opportunities, while maintaining strong credit discipline and portfolio performance.

In this role, you will

• Manage and grow a portfolio of agribusiness & diversified customers and referral partners.
• Identify, pursue and convert new business and referral opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong networks across local communities and professional partners including accountants and solicitors.
• Structure and deliver tailored lending and banking solutions to meet customer needs.
• Assess lending opportunities, analyse financial information and prepare credit submissions.
• Maintain a strong credit risk profile while ensuring portfolio profitability.
• Work collaboratively with internal specialists to deliver holistic customer outcomes.
• Support, coach and develop team members where required.

You’ll bring to this role:

We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial acumen with a genuine passion for supporting regional and agribusiness customers.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in Agribusiness, Business Banking or Commercial Banking.
• Demonstrated lending and credit assessment capability.
• Strong relationship management and business development skills.
• Experience managing complex customer portfolios.
• The ability to analyse financial information and make sound commercial decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills.
• A customer-first mindset and passion for helping regional businesses grow.

This is a full-time permanent position, and the right candidate needs to be based in or around Port Macquarie, NSW.
