In the role of Agribusiness Manager1, you will join the WA Regional & Agri team that’s doubling down on customer obsession and moving with speed
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Identify new farming and post gate Agribusiness and referral opportunities & establish, develop, and utilise networks of internal and external contacts
- Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
- Coach and support the team to ensure efficient high quality customer service
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key Corporate Agribusiness Banking customers and Referral partners
- Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
- Implement initiatives to develop customer growth in the local market
- Implement complex strategies, analysing annual Cash flows and financial statements for relationship growth.
- Personally, sanction lending within own Delegated Lending authorities
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- An established network within the agricultural industry
- Robust negotiating skills.
- Drive and tenacity.
- Experience in all aspects for financial analysis
- Passion for relationship management.
- Minimum 18 months to 3 years’ experience working in a similar Agribusiness Banker role preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of Agribusiness banking and/or credit assessment
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business or a related discipline would be desirable
