In this Associate Director, ECO role,
you will be joining the Emerging Corporate & Origination team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Support strategic planning
  • Manage client relationships
  • Leading origination and structuring of new transactions with a focus on balance sheet lending for growth business
  • Lead and manage teams (as required for projects which will be indirectly reporting through).
  • Building an inspired and empowered team through effective coaching, development, mentoring and performance management.


We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Proactive management of credit, conduct and compliance risk.
  • Demonstration of a deep understanding of Corporate & Business banking, general accounting principles, strong origination and execution, pitch preparation and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in contributing to highly performing teams, particularly coaching and developing others.
  • Proactive risk management; meet all policy and compliance requirements; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to the role; and escalate event, issues or breaches as they are identified.
  • Generation of high quality revenue and ROE accretive business growth.
