In the role of Business Banking Manager, you will join the Business Banking team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

• Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
• Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth
• Proactively leverage networks of internal and external contacts to help identify new referral opportunities
• Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market
• Talk to customers about their proposed business plans
• Prepare and submit customer lending proposals

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

• Demonstrated experience within business banking and/or credit assessment.
• Comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with significant emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and control experience.
• Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally.
• A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk.
