In the role of an Associate, BDSB Equipment Finance Sales, you will join the BDSB Equipment Finance Lending Solutions team -that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
You’ll make an impact each day by:
- Manage end to end process, EF referral conversion to opportunities and applications, maintaining BDSB EF SLA’s
- Building and maintaining a working knowledge of equipment finance policy, credit policy and ensuring criteria and risk appetite met
- Managing transactions through NUW and Salesforce liaising with internal and external customers via phone and email
- Credit writing and loan application submissions
- Preparing Lending submissions and make credit recommendations within risk appetite
- Outbound calls with customers, banker and business partners through quick and consistent communication, ensuring the highest service and customer focus
You’ll bring to this role:
- Experience in CLS or BPLS is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to speak directly with customers and bankers
- Knowledge of systems including eBL, Siebel, LOIS, Salesforce and NUW is preferable
- Used to working in a high paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills to provide accurate work within timeframes
This is full-time permanent opportunity and can be performed from any capital city Australia-wide.
