Director, Deposits Segments and Growth – Melbourne or Sydney based.

As the Director Deposits Segments and Growth, you will have responsibility for working across the value chain to define the propositions and roadmaps for household deposit for priority segments at NAB.

You’ll leverage your extensive deposits and Everyday Banking knowledge, strategy and execution experience to deliver market-leading household deposit propositions to our customers.

As a Director, Deposits Segments and Growth, you will

  • Define and deliver household deposit propositions and customer journeys for priority segments at NAB.
  • Identify segments/areas for future growth and deliver the commercial case for these. You will conduct “test and learn” exercises to prove viability.
  • Identify and drive proposition initiatives which support revenue growth, improve risk and reduce cost to enhance overall product profitability and ROI.
  • Drive a customer-obsessed culture, creating deposit propositions for target segments that delight customers.
  • Deliver market leading Episodic NPS for select priority segment customer journeys.
  • Proactively monitor risk and assurance requirements within agreed Risk Appetite and manage non-compliance in a timely and prudent energy.

What you will bring

  • Experience within banking/financial/wealth services, particularly household deposits and transaction banking.
  • Extensive experience in developing product propositions and seeing these through to execution.
  • Strong strategic thinking, and commercial acumen with ability to solve complex problems whilst working across the value chain.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, working at all level of the organisation.
  • Business related degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification is preferred.
