In this Head of Op Model Transformation role, you will
- Lead rollout of the Domain product model into key domains ensuring this embeds customer obsession and materially improves delivery velocity
- Embed and mature ways of working in the Domain through coaching, capability and rollout of standard approaches
- Continuously improve the Domain model and Domain strategy
- Proactively manage stakeholder relationships
- Lead and drive organisational design projects with senior executives
- Be a passionate advocate for the domain model and embedding Customers in the model
What you’ll bring
- Sound understanding of business drivers in banking and financial services
- Expertise in Agile Ways of Working and able to deliver it at scale
- Experience in leading and delivering operating model change in a complex organisation
- Experience in a transformational role to ensure understanding of how to execute change in a large organisation
- Experience in organisational behaviour, change, learning and development or similar
