In this Personal Assistant role, you will
- Oversee diary management, including room bookings
- Organise online travel bookings as required
- Seek direction from the Executive to clarify and prioritise the workload and call out volume issues and seek additional work when you have capacity
- Maintain processes relating to confidential colleague and/or department data, ensuring security of confidential information.
- Ensure enquiries are dealt with in a professional and effective manner, through either personally handling or delegating them to appropriate person
- Demonstrate professional and ethical behaviour in all actions and ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures
- Seek direction from the Executive to clarify and prioritise the workload and call out volume issues and seek additional work when you have capacity
What you’ll bring
- Previous administration experience
- Able to work at pace and independently
- High energy and enthusiastic attitude
- Event planning experience
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Excellent computer skills and strong knowledge of excel preferred
- Ability to be highly organised and dependable
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to support the objectives and values of both the company and the Executives
