In this Marketing Manager, Regional and Agri Business role, you will  

  • Support the development of data driven, customer focused, actionable marketing strategy and insights.
  • Drive and support strategic influence both within marketing and the broader enterprise to inform, impact and influence compelling customer propositions.
  • Contribute to and at times, lead, the delivery of segment specific campaigns and projects.
  • Support other SMEs to deliver strategic insights and subject matter expertise within Marketing and enterprise related activity.

 

What you'll bring 

  • Demonstrated strategic mindset and ability to create impact and have influence, including the ability to turn insights and data into actionable marketing strategies and plans that deliver growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen and banking and financial services knowledge, preferably with experience within regional and agricultural sectors.
  • Proven ability in leading and designing marketing and customer strategy and insights, campaigns and creative development.
  • Experience in developing got to market strategies and value propositions.
  • Extensive experience within marketing or customer strategy and insights.
