In this Senior Consultant, Performance Excellence role you will:

• Partner with the home lending executive team, leaders, business partners and centres of excellence teams to ensure  that our lenders have the skills, support and tools required to build their business and support our customers.
• Provide key insight data to effectively understand the drivers of the business, to assist the executive to make strategic decisions.
• Partner with the state Executive of Proprietary Lending to determine quarterly priorities, through planning cycles and facilitating delivery through partners and stakeholders.
• Work closely with business partners to deliver effective risk management, capacity uplift, recruitment and onboarding.
• Manage leadership operations of the State team, including ensuring strategic alignment of lending meetings to priorities and ensuring delivery of actions.

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience gained in leading teams or operations in our frontline retail, private or small business teams
• Excellent data analysis skills, strong excel skills
• Experience in risk management principles and execution
• Change leadership
