In this Proprietary Lending Region Executive role, you will:
- Lead an expert team of bankers to deliver on the signature customer experience and management of colleague banking experiences to build customer advocacy
- Build & leverage strong relationship and coaching skills to achieve business unit goals
- Be responsible for onboarding, coaching and deployment of resources within the team including career/succession planning, colleague leave, management and recruitment
- Role model Distinctive Leadership and coaching to implement and embed Premier Ways of Working
What you’ll bring:
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering & driving strong & consistent results
- Extensive experience in retail/commercial banking and/or credit assessment & management
- Proven track record in leading teams to deliver complex sales
- Ability to lead strategic initiatives, identify business opportunities and implement complex strategic plans
