In this PMO role you will be:
- Support and assist the Domain Orchestration function in servicing the wider division for all financial, resourcing and strategic sourcing governance
- Take ownership of analysing and reporting on key metrics and drivers
- Support Domain Orchestration in providing guidance on domain delivery methodology frameworks
- Resource Management for the Domain including, onboarding and offboarding, Task set up in Clarity and Resource Management in Team Form.
- Communication management – build and maintain solid working relationships with business partners and senior stakeholder, and promote services delivered by the PMO using the appropriate channels
- Engage with external support teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate cost forecasting and analysis

- Knowledge and experience of Project or Program Management
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint ability
- Proven financial analysis capability
- Strong Efficiency Bias
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to persuade/influence peers and leaders
- Proactive attitude and attention to detail
