  • Ensure the CTO – Enterprise Technology Executive is supported to achieve and drive performance excellence.

In this Executive Assistant role, you will:  

  • Partner and understand the Executive’s priorities, ensuring they are prepared for meetings, conferences, presentations, functions and events 

  • Manage the calendar with a strong sensitivity to prioritisation according to the CTO’s commitments and changing priorities.   

  • Manage stakeholders professionally, including senior colleagues and executives such as ELG, ELT & Board members 

  • Provide inbox management handling, high volumes of correspondence in a timely and concise manner. 

  • Assist with developing and distributing documents such as reports and presentations. 

  • Support with a variety of administrative tasks including management of distribution lists, team reporting as well as approvals for leave, system access, travel and other people leader responsibilities on behalf of the CTO.  

 

What you'll bring  

  • Prior EA/Executive support experience (at least five years), within a similarly large organisation is highly regarded. 

  • Senior value stakeholder management, able to reason and rebuff firmly whilst remaining professional.  

  • Outstanding level of attention to detail, can consistently deliver quality work. 

  • Proficiency in handling ambiguity, able to independently seek clarity and navigate through scenarios with unknowns. You will have an ability to develop a robust understanding of the business unit in order to apply operational understanding to prioritise competing demands. 

  • Well-developed time management skills, can understand the ‘big-picture’ and prioritise accordingly and pre-emptively.  

  • Proactive attitude and a growth mindset, demonstrates a hunger to learn and excel.
