As the Senior Digital Business Analyst, you will
- Support the Business and Product Owners in translating customer insights into user stories, which teams can then implement in short sprints
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to complete required artefacts, and build alignment across the team
- Support Developers, Analysts and Quality Engineers in understanding the product needs, so they can deliver on their commitments
- Partners with Product Owners to understand, elicit, analyse, document and communicate business requirements and articulate product vision with a strong focus on value delivery coupled with define and own the value definition of Stories, including facilitating and influencing the prioritisation of the backlog
- Translate end user / customer insights into Stories complete with Acceptance Criteria, which can easily be understood by the Development Team
- Provide discipline, rigor and technical skills to the requirements definition and validation process
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across business and technology to complete the required artefacts and capture necessary inputs
What you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar Senior Agile Business Analyst role for a large-scale complex organisation
- Strong project experience across multiple business units and complex environments; and expertise and knowledge in agile methodologies
- Demonstrated knowledge of analysis methods, tools and techniques
- Creativity and ability to simplify complex processes and issues, problem solving and analysis
- Comfortable playing a leadership role, including leading workshops, in a cross functional business through the discovery, development and operational usage stages of change
- Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content
- Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships
- Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making
