- NAB is looking for multiple motivated and driven candidates to become an Associate, Home Lending in our team!

We currently have opportunities for multiple Associate positions across SYDNEY within our Performance Excellence team.
This role will assist our Home Loan Executives as they drive their business out in the market. You will be part of a successful and diverse team and be the key interface between our Home Loan Executives and our valued customers.
In the Associate, Home Lending role you will:
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service to our customers and the Home Loan Executives you support through being truly customer centric and customer obsessed.
- Support our customers with their home loan applications from conditional approval through to settlement.
- Attract and retain customers by understanding what drives business growth.
- Continue to build own your own capabilities by driving your own personal development.
- Reduce risk and build trust by protecting our customers, employees, and the Bank.
- Utilise your knowledge of the Home Loan process to support our customers and Home Loan Executives with any queries.
- Help customers to get set up digitally by educating them on our digital banking options.
- Ensure follow through with any promises of information as well as any known future needs.
- Work as part of a fast-paced and energetic team
What you'll bring:
- Your in-depth understanding of the Home Lending process allows you to navigate complex situations with ease, and a secured lending accreditation would make you an even greater asset.

- You have a natural flair for connecting with customers, listening to their concerns, and guiding them through their journey, ensuring every interaction is seamless and positive.
- Your operational skills are second to none, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, stay ahead of deadlines, and keep a strong focus on the customer throughout.
- You excel at building rapport and trust quickly, leveraging strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to foster lasting relationships.
- As a self-starter, you're proactive and driven, always taking initiative to solve problems independently while keeping the customer at the centre of your decision-making.
- Results matter to you, but so does working as part of a vibrant, supportive team that shares your customer-obsessed mindset.
- With a tech-savvy nature, you're adaptable and open to new tools and platforms, always seeking out better ways to enhance the customer experience.
