As the Senior Consultant Delivery Orchestration, you will
- Drive lean portfolio management principles across the domain through a unified approach linking business roadmaps with technology delivery, establish guardrails for portfolio flow
- Facilitate Program Increment (PI) / Cross Team Planning; oversee cross domain sequencing, traceability and dependencies, which are in line with the business roadmap, goals, change priorities and budget allocations
- Drive the Delivery Orchestration in providing views of cross domain backlogs to ensure technology development is aligned across end to end domain priorities and value expectations
- Create strategies with the Senior Leaders in identifying and driving capability uplift, maturing agile and adaptive delivery practices and adoption of the domain model
- Provide leadership to drive continual evolvement of Program Increment (PI) / Cross Team Planning in alignment with overall Domain Playbook processes
- Monitor domain delivery performance, assurance activity and capability development
- Ensure alignment to consistent frameworks for continuous delivery and controls are activated and embedded into all key processes
What you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar Delivery Orchestration role with exceptional expertise in project management, along with large scale shaping and delivery experience within complex environments preferably in banking and financial services
- Experience across Agile and adaptive delivery models and mindsets
- Track record of providing quality insights that help drive decisions to drive change to ensure teams are operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, analytics and business process based solutions
- Business awareness and commercial understanding of the domain coupled with the ability to develop and maintain a broad perspective
- Strong strategic planning capabilities with the ability to quickly engage and move between strategic and tactical levels
