In this Senior Consultant, Change Communications role, you will   

• Partner with key stakeholders to shape, strategise and deliver communications support for transformative projects. 

• Develop and implement communications plans that support the effective delivery of key strategic and change initiatives to all impacted colleagues. 

• Develop and maintain communication artifacts and resources for the intranet, internal newsletters, emails, talking points for leaders, video scripts, briefing packs, Workplace posts etc. that align to our corporate narrative and drive the required change to enable benefit realisation  

• Build, maintain and leverage stakeholder relationships to minimise resistance and maximise engagement.  

• Deliver ongoing communications and education programs to improve engagement and nurture positive culture change.  

• Delivering to and working within tight deadlines, while juggling multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities  

• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of communications and content across channels. 

What you'll bring  

• Demonstrated communications experience (8+ years) in Communications. Specific experience with change communications and/or consulting environment highly regarded. 

• Outstanding communication skills, able to present technical information simply and tailored to the audience with a strong control of tone and style. 

• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams, including business, technical, and operational experts from diverse cultural backgrounds.  

• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools and a solid understanding of how to support both individuals, leaders and the business through change.  

• Highly developed stakeholder management skills, is relationship led to understand and manage business impacts/needs to achieve positive strategic outcomes  

• Creative problem solving, able to find innovative and unconventional solutions through their expertise and navigate their way through obstacles with inherent curiosity and an appetite to do things differently to help colleagues embrace change.
