In this role you will:
- Support BPB and CIB bankers to efficiently and effectively use the business lending pricing tools DealPoint and DealStart.
- Maintain and continually enhance DealPoint and DealStart, including working with a cross-divisional team and vendor to merge the two tools into one, to maximise the banker experience.
- Contribute to the Business Lending Pricing team, by undertaking reporting and analytics to generate insights and recommendations to shape the pricing strategy and outcomes.
What you will bring:
- Proven ability in solving detailed/complex problems with a proactive approach.
- An understanding of the drivers of ROE and capital.
- Experience with the Business (/Consumer) Lending portfolio is preferred.
- Ability to build strong relationships with SMEs across a wide range of specialist areas.
- Experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences utilising strong verbal and written skills.
