    The role: 

    As a Customer Advisor, you will be an important pillar in the community of Port Lincoln. Supporting our Port Lincoln retail branch, you will be the face of NAB and first point of contact for our customers. In this role you will become the jack of all trades! Whether it’s to open an account or credit card, referring locals to a home lender or even investigating potential scams and fraud, every action you take will lead to a positive one as you drive and protect our customer outcomes.

  • What will your day look like?

    • Identifying customer needs by finding NAB’s most suitable products and services that best matches their needs and ensuring they receive a seamless, consistent and customised customer service experience every step of the way. 
    • Assisting our customers with account opening, unsecured Lending and banking transactions and being responsible for ensuring all customer details are accurate and up-to-date 
    • Driving changes for our customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure by demonstrating our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital)
    • Undertaking ongoing training and development to enhance your career development

     The hours:

    We have a casual on-call role covering planned and unplanned leave, within branch hours at our Port Lincoln branch, so you must be available to work at short notice. You can expect to travel in between these locations and hours are guaranteed on availability. While it is a casual role, you will still have ample opportunity to undertake learning opportunities and part time and full time positions may be available in the future.
