Working within our Business & Private Bank Business Lending division we aim to ensure that NAB's customers receive a safe, reliable, transaction and payment services.
About the Role:
The Invoice Finance Operations team are responsible for servicing and providing operations support across a specialised product that provides customers the ability to obtain funding (line of credit) whilst waiting for invoice settlements, to support customers cashflow needs. In this role you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of Invoice Finance Customer requests. Your day-to-day tasks will include reviewing, verifying, and processing of invoices and refunds, reconciling customer’s end of month reconciliations as well as inbound and outbound phones calls with our customers.
In addition you will:
- Facilitate Invoice Finance transactions relevant to customer requirements, reviewing and monitoring all relevant information.
- Balancing/reconciling customers End of Month ledger to Bank records
- Inbound and Outbound calls to our customers, responding to queries
- Assist in delivering customer and process improvement initiatives
About you:
- Knowledge of product is advantageous i.e. cash flow solution (Invoice Finance)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- The role holder is likely to be of tertiary standard of education in Business, Accounting/Commerce
- Problem Solving mindset & Risk awareness is essential
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
