- Assist with the delivery of business outcomes for campaign based marketing technology requirements.
- Support the Personal Banking marketing team to deliver great customer personalisation activities by building fit for purpose technology.

In this Senior Business Analyst role, you will
- Work cross-functionally across business areas and stakeholders to develop a robust understanding of business needs, including the facilitation/input of agile ceremonies such as workshops, sprints, kickoff and walkthrough meetings etc.
- Coordinating project artefacts and documentation to ensure the value chain is equipped with detailed, up to date information and requirements. This includes relevant documentation regarding project governance and general project resources.
- Be a key interface for delivery teams, overseeing and clarifying key requirements proactively to ensure the overall project continues on track.
- Support with execution activities as needed, including implementation, training and proactively addressing identified issues and challenges, recommending and implementing resolutions or preventative measures.
- Assist with product testing, review and rollout including hypercare post execution.
- Assess existing processes to identify redesign or enhancement opportunities to deliver improved productivity or efficiency to the business
- Prepare reports including the development of business cases, cost/benefit analyses and recommendations, to provide information on optimal technical and manual solutions for business cases.
- Effective use of data and process modelling tools (including, but not limited to, process mapping, business, object and dataflow modelling) to analyse and represent information in an effective form, in order to translate business requirements into meaningful statements of work
What you'll bring
- Demonstrable experience completing business analyst activities (analysis, process mapping etc.) within a similar environment. Digital marketing background and/or experience within a banking environment much preferred.
- Credit card product knowledge highly regarded.
- Experience supporting end to end project/campaign delivery, with sound knowledge of executional operating rhythm/sequencing.
- Outstanding communication both written and verbal, can confidently communicate with influence to negotiate, engage and leverage key stakeholders and partners.
- Strong commercial acumen, able to simplify complex issues, identify opportunities and proactively create solutions and optimisations.
