• Focus on enhancing client relationships by forging strong connections and deliver exceptional communication that elevates every interaction 

• Build rapport and create meaningful engagement to deepen trust and drive long-lasting partnerships 

• Safeguard the business by actively managing risk and ensuring dull compliance 

• Collaborate seamlessly with the operations team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow 

• Be the vital link that keeps everything running like clockwork, driving coordination and optimising processes for maximum productivity 

• Curate and organise the teams schedule, ensuring every detail aligns perfectly with their goals 

What you’ll bring..

• Economics and/or finance tertiary qualification 

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 

• Solid foundation and a genuine passion for financial markets 

• Strong applier of interpersonal and rapport building 

• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functions
