In this Manager role, you will:

  • Draw data from various sources to create valuable insights for key stakeholders.
  • Drive reporting in the Fraud Operations team and deliver an uplift to our data and analytics.
  • Deep dive into data to get to the root of the problem and deliver valuable solutions for our customers and colleagues.
  • Provide guidance and support to your direct report(s).

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience with data, reporting and analytics and relevant associated systems (e.g. Power BI, SQL, Splunk, Python).
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role.
  • Willingness to speak up and challenge the status quo.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proven experience influencing stakeholder decisions.
  • Experience within fraud operations is preferred, but not a must.
