Head of Portfolio Management (Commercial)

Operate as a pivotal figure in Business Lending, assisting our Commercial Management Executive in achieving B&PB credit portfolio management goals.

In this role, you will

• Track and present key credit performance metrics and portfolio insights metrics to B&PB credit and small business forums 

• Facilitate portfolio optimisation, define diversified credit appetite strategy, and promote sustainable growth across key industries 

• Design and execute actions and strategies to support a balanced approach to risk and reward 

• Create comprehensive, well-structured plans and actively collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the process 

• Guide, support, and mentor your team to foster a high-performance culture, driving team excellence and continuous development 

What you’ll bring

• Track record of experience across business or corporate banking 

• Exceptional influencing, quantitative analysis, and portfolio management skills 

• In-depth knowledge of diversified industries, combined with a solid understanding of business bank balance sheets and hands-on experience working with large distribution teams 

• Proficient in managing and implementing change initiatives
