In this Senior Consultant, Organisational Effectiveness role, you will:

• Partner with the business to uplift how they work effectively, driving alignment between product, technology and operational teams.
• Increase delivery velocity, supporting with how we enhance the end-to-end delivery process and tooling environment to drive and embed a business outcomes-based approach.
• Co-design and embed squads, processes and ways of working to improve the effectiveness of the domain model.
• Set the standards for the way we work within our Org Model and Domains.
• Drive improvement throughout the business by implementing and embedding agile ways of working, whilst also refining some of the existing methodologies.
• Work with ambiguous issues and identify ways to drive improvement based on the insights you gather.
• Work in a collaborative, fluid team that tackles complex business problems.

What you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in delivering large scale transformation, ideally op model related, and at scale in a complex organisational environment.
• A proven track record of implementing Agile methodologies throughout complex businesses.
• Exceptional skills in Agile, stakeholder management and project/change management.
• A background in business excellence using lean methodologies would be beneficial, especially within the banking space.
• Experience in the simplification of End-to-End Delivery processes & tooling to improve flow of delivery across multiple business units.
• A positive attitude as well as the ability to multitask and adapt to new environments with ease.
• The ability to bring new ways of the thinking to the table.
