Be part of our amazing Enterprise Technology Team as Analyst – AV, VC, DMS Engineer and provide dedicated onsite and remote support services and coordination for all onshore (local) and international NAB sites across all commercial and retail meeting room spaces.

In this Analyst Engineer role, you will
- Provides onsite support of all facets of Cisco, Zoom and AV rooms locally at designated Head office sites, as well as remote coordination and support of all other local and international NAB commercial and Retail meeting room spaces.
- Support of the Digital Media service across NAB including registration, onboarding and set up of new digital media players, as well as monitoring of devices via the Appspace Cloud portal.
- Support and service the technology used for onsite, hybrid and Zoom webinar events held in premium spaces such as the Boardrooms, Auditoriums, Amphitheatre, and other premium spaces. Maintain the tech and provide user training to key stakeholders across the business.
- Support and BVT production fleet software, hardware, firmware, and application updates to ensure currency of technology.
- Proactive daily monitoring and checks of NAB AV systems, Zoom and Cisco platforms, & Digital Media via health checks, dashboards and alerting for all Head and Metro offices, Retail sites, and International.
- Carry out and oversee VC and DMS commissioning tasks across the organization. Conduct end user sessions to enhance the user experience for all employees when using the VC, AV & Digital Media Services across NAB.
What you’ll bring
- Expertise in supporting services to large scale enterprise, preferably with AV solutions (Video, Web and Audio Conferencing) and/or Digital Media services
- Extensive experience working in a Workplace Operations environment dealing with multiple levels of stakeholders
- Experience in using ServiceNow for incident, change and request management.
- Experience w/VoIP best practices, process, and procedures for deployment and support
- Support and Deployment experience with Cisco, Zoom, Polycom or similar video infrastructure
- Experience in using ServiceNow for incident, change and request management.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
