In this Communications Consultant, Change and Engagement role, you will
- Provide communications advice and expertise on behalf of Personal Bank to enterprise-wide project teams, managing content approval with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Prepare communications plans to support the effective delivery of engagement and change initiatives to all impacted colleagues.
- Produce communications to empower colleagues to understand change (the what, the how, as well as the why).
- Developing key messages and writing content for the intranet, internal newsletters, emails, talking points for leaders, video scripts, briefing packs, Workplace posts etc.
- Developing communications that align to our Corporate narrative and drive the required change to enable benefit realisation .
- Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of communications.
- Managing and influencing stakeholder relationships.
- Managing content approval with the appropriate stakeholders.
What you'll bring
- Demonstrable experience (5+ years) developing plans and writing communications. Within a banking/finance environment preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and execute change management communications on high profile projects
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing effective relationships with stakeholders of all levels
- Exceptional written communication ability
- Proven ability to navigate through the project lifecycle, from ambiguity to clarity.
