In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for maintenance and enhancement of OFSAA FTP. The SMEs work directly with Finance and Treasury stakeholders for BAU and Changes activity to the FTP platform. All BAU activities are required to be completed each morning Australia time and therefore it is essential for the candidate to be available every morning to complete the assigned BAU Tasks
- Validate the Daily Overnight FTP results and highlight any Variances before downstream systems use the data for the BAU processes.
- In case of batch failure analyse the impact on the results. This need to be completed before 10am every business day.
- Replicating portfolio, this is an adhoc activity. Where the portfolio balances needs to be replicated manually in OFSAA. This Activity needs to be done in Business hours before the Users use the results.
- In case of a defect identified in the daily FTP processing work with the business stake holder to identify the solution and work with the Tech team to fix the defect.
What you will bring:
- Good understanding of Finance and/ or Accounting.
- OFSAAA knowledge. Some understanding of batch, standard process, and allocation rules etc..
- Be able to write SQL to fetch data and solve business query.
- Sensitivity to data.
