- Implement and manage digital identity solutions to ensure secure and efficient access for all users.
- Leverage strong business acumen to align IAM strategies with NAB's overall business goals and objectives.

In this role, you will
- Creating policy development practices and guidelines to enable authorisation policy configuration team at scale using industry best practice.
- Work in an agile environment, attending stand-ups, retros, planning, showcases and other agile meetings and ceremonies.
- Work closely with Release Train Engineers and Solution Engineers to determine platform requirements and priorities.
- Resolve technical barriers and roadblocks impacting delivery teams.
- Contribute to the improvement of the policy Development capability; drive the maturation of Software Engineering as a valued discipline in the Technology Operating model.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of experience in problem solving and worked closely with support team in resolving production issues.
- 2+years of experience in configuration tools such as Pega, blueprism, etc and experience in configuring RBAC, ABAC and ReBAC policies.
- Business knowledge and acumen to understand the nature and impact of change and operations on effectiveness.
- Ability to understand the enterprise system and their API specification.
- Strong knowledge of regular expressions and able to make the configuration efficient.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency with ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing deadlines.
- Excellent in critical thinking and speaks business language.
- Passionate to learn legacy systems and be an advocate for transformation to new technology.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
- Continuous improvement mindset to challenge the status quo and streamlining processes.
