As Product Owner in Business Transaction Banking, you will
- Deliver seamless digital experiences for Business Transaction Banking (BTB) customers ensuring that customers can transact as desired through self service and their digital banking channels meet key customer needs and drive advocacy
- Represent the voice of the customer and colleague and deliver on the vision and roadmap for the end-to-end experience balancing what is realistic with what will make a difference and challenge the status quo
- Contribute to and lead the discovery and delivery of new initiatives based on customer needs, business value and regulatory requirements, balanced with technical do-ability and risk (desirability, feasibility, viability)
- Act as a trusted servant leader for your squad, supporting members to understand the squad mission and foster accountability for the work to be done, to collectively deliver on commitments.
What you'll bring
- Experience in banking, including at least 2+ years Product Owner experience
- An in-depth understanding of relevant financial products from either a business or technology perspective
- Extensive experience working with agile ways or working and familiarity with human centred design techniques
- Ability to create and convey a vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of key features, user stories and goals in line with domain cadence
- Comfortable playing a leadership role, including leading workshops through the discovery, development and operational usage stages of development
- Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content
