In this Region Manager role, you will.. 

• Drive the growth of new-to-bank relationships while unlocking the full potential of existing customers 

• Immerse yourself in the vibrant local small business community, championing NAB’s small business solutions and build meaningful connections that make a lasting impact in the external market 

• Elevate financial performance and customer advocacy while empowering your team to excel 

• Inspire success, streamline productivity, and champion a culture of excellence in risk and compliance management 

• Lead the charge in fostering a culture of connection and enthusiasm, driving exceptional employee engagement across your team of bankers and associates 

What you’ll bring.. 

• Expertise in both commercial and home lending 

• Exceptional financial and business acumen 

• Talent for igniting passion and fostering deep engagement within your team 

• A business degree (advantageous, but not a dealbreaker)
