In this Senior Associate Outbound role, you will:
- Identify and address the transactional banking needs of new and existing customers through referrals received via our NAB website and proactive outbound leads.
- Effective funnel management through tracking and addressing customer’s needs as they progress through different stages, from initial conversation to final solution.
- Support our customers shift towards digital adoption, improving cash management practices and helping connect them across the organisation through referrals to support their ongoing and future needs
- Deliver relationship excellence by the consistent application of our Sales force reporting Guidelines and Protocols
- Proactively manage risk; meeting all policy and compliance requirements; performing controls; adhering to process and
- Follow procedures pertinent to role; and escalating events, issues or breaches as they are identified
- Meet performance goals
What you'll bring:
- Outbound sales experience preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of business / commercial practices
- A sound understanding of transaction products and services
- Ambition, outstanding interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic self-starter!
- A degree in Business or Finance is desirable
