Consultant Customer Communication Insights
Support the delivery of Digital Notifications with data driven insights and work closely with the product team to identify appropriate triggers for notifications and identify new opportunities for notifications that benefit our customers.

In this Consultant, Data Analyst role, you will
- Analysing data to identify insights that lead to Digital Notifications
- Identifying data points required for notification triggers
- Developing performant queries that adhere to coding standards
- Measuring campaign performance and impact
- Liaising with Product Owners to elicit notification requirements and inform the Digital Notifications backlog
- Contributing to business requirements for technology teams
- Documentation of data product patterns and processes
What you’ll bring
- Solid experience working with data in a data analyst, engineering or measurement role, preferably in the banking industry.
- Databricks or equivalent data platform
- GitHub
- Jupyter Notebooks o AWS Services (S3,EC2, EMR, SNS, SQS, Lambda functions, Redshift) or equivalent cloud
- Experience in Financial institutions and/or Marketing Campaign lifecycle
- Advanced or demonstrable experience in Power BI
- Experience using pyspark
- Tertiary Degree in Analytics / Data Science / Mathematical Sciences / Computer Science
