In this Consultant, Performance Coach role you will:
- Deliver local on the ground upskilling, onboarding and support of new lenders to exceed performance objectives through targeted upskilling
- Provide on demand coaching support to new to bank and experienced lenders who require support with achieving lending objectives and goals
- Identify technical capability and competency gaps across the lending team and proactively lean in to develop and provide support in partnership with the local region manager
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities for procedures and support with identifying solutions
- Help drive alignment to operating policies and procedures
What you’ll bring:
- Significant experience in lending, banking sales or credit assessment and a sound knowledge of banking regulations, practices and procedures.
- Proven coaching skills developed within a fast-paced banking team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders to meet objectives and goals.
- Ability to lead/facilitate group discussions and identify business opportunities
- Exceptional coaching skills with a track record of building skills in others.
