In this Change Manager role you will:
- Drive the execution of activities required to implement a key strategic digital change initiative
- Develop a Change Management Strategy for the program detailing the overall change management approach, key activities and outcomes required to land the change successfully and safely
- Proactively identify, escalate (where appropriate) and manage risks and issues with the potential to impact on the delivery of change management activities or program plans
- Build trusted relationships across the business at all levels
- Work flexibly and collaboratively with other team members to ensure the program operates smoothly
- Drive ongoing improvements to the Digital Domain change management strategy and ways of working in collaboration with the domain change management team and Domain Operations Manager.
What you'll bring
- Strong track record of performance and development
- Extensive Change Management experience gained on medium to large scale, complex projects/programs, preferably with some experience in digital change/transformation environments
- Track record in managing and influencing relationships to executive level in the organisation
- Strong consulting and group facilitation skills
- Excellent PowerPoint skills, SharePoint
- Experience working in an Agile environment
