Our Technology Home Ownership squad in the Personal Banking business is looking for a Analyst SRE( production support)who is committed to delivering excellent IT Operations capabilities to our Colleagues and Customers.
As a Production support team member, your day-to-day activities will include proactive monitoring of key Critical services, manage Incidents Problems, Review Alerts, Change records, investigate Root cause for any interruptions to the business that were caused due to Technology related incidents.
In this Analyst Engineer role, you will
- Work with teams and as individuals to analyse business processes / procedures and user requirements in order to establish system requirements
- Primary contact for initial diagnosis of problems, for a system, sub-system or apply known solutions, including documenting problems, progress checking and escalation to ensure resolution.
- Share a 24/7 on-call rotation
- Responsible for coaching, supporting and mentoring scrum framework practices, Agile principles, and the NAB Technology Operating Model to the teams, the Product owner and the organisation
- Work with Solution Architects, Service Owners, Engineers, Product Owners and Business Analysts to work through executable solutions to meet business needs
- Ensure an effective change management plan is developed ensuring that the required change is achieved and Enterprise IT Service management guidelines all followed uncompromisingly
What you’ll bring
- Deep understanding of Micro-Service technologies including designing\building\supporting Micro-Services in complex environments
- Software Delivery technical skills such as CI/CD, Automated Deployments, Automated Testing, Build Servers, Software / Source Code Configuration Management.
- Hands on experience with Platform automation tools (DB Management, AWS, Jenkins, GITHUB) and Development management tools such as JIRA and Rally
- Knowledge in ITIL Framework(Incident, Problem, Change, Config, DR..)
- AWS certification / Azure certification
- Managing and delivering complex technical programs containing multiple streams, across multiple regions, with multiple vendors.
