In this newly created role of Consultant, Strategic Workforce Planning you will play a key role in supporting the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) framework for NAB that will inform medium to long-term workforce strategies.
- Support the establishment and evolution of strategic workforce planning playbooks and toolkits that address workforce challenges with a 3-year horizon, facilitate workforce strategy, action plans and support business decision making.
- Develop data sets, governance, controls and reporting that track and measure SWP plans deliver the right people, with the right skills, in the right roles, with the right shape, in the right place, at the right time and the right cost.
- Translate complex workforce data into a format tailored to the appropriate audience providing actionable insights.
- Participate in workshops and interventions with executive teams focused on future workforce requirements vs current workforce state and develop action plans to close gaps.
- Facilitate workshops to increase SWP capability for business and P&C leaders.
What you’ll bring
- Proven workforce management/planning experience within a complex, multi-regional business.
- Solid understanding strategic workforce planning processes and interventions, with the ability to translate and make actionable for business stakeholders.
- Strong data modelling and forecasting experience while being synthesise complex, multi-layer data into actionable insights.
- Emerging understanding of project and change management methodologies along with the ability to right-size based on scope and scale.
- Bias to action and collaboration to achieve outcomes that will gain best outcomes for our customers and colleagues.
