- Lead a large team of customer obsessed Small Business experts
- Encourage your team to think outside the box and drive great customer outcomes
- Make a real impact on local economics and communities
In this role, you will
- Be customer obsessed and love leading leaders and bankers to drive a customer first culture
- Be a passionate advocate for Small Businesses in Regional Australia
- Inspire, lead, and energise a team of leaders and bankers to be Trusted Local Experts in all things small business across regional NSW
- Get involved with a diverse range of customer industries including agriculture, tourism and more across Regional Hubs and Rural NSW/ACT
- Empower your direct reports to become dynamic leaders by guiding them through impactful leadership strategies that drive success and inspire growth
- Contribute to shaping the future of our strategy by leveraging your insights into performance and customer behaviour trends, helping steer the business towards long-term success
- Drive the growth and development of your team including development the best talent in Small Business
What you’ll bring:
- Track record of leading large distribution businesses in either Personal and/or Business Banking
- Exceptional leadership and financial acumen skills
- Passionate about empowering small businesses and known for being customer obsessed
- Proficiency and expertise in credit and risk management
