As the Senior Digital Business Analyst, in the Digital Domain Business Analysis Chapter, you will
- Focus on supporting the Digital Platforms sub domain by enhancing NAB's Open Data Platform capabilities (Open Banking) whilst remaining compliant with evolving Consumer Data Rights obligations.
- Provide analysis of Open Banking requirements, processes and data to support Compliance driven work.
- Requirement elicitation for new Open Banking compliance epics. Analysing requirements from both a Digital (responsive design, accessibility, tagging, user flow) and Technical (APIs calls, data mapping) perspective to ensure completeness.
- Creatively develop strategies to ensure your knowledge and skills gained are consistently shared with your team to continuously improve the quality of the work and increase collaboration.
- Ensure the Delivery and Development teams understand the value of each story that is being delivered at the right time.
- Partner with the Product Owners to understand, elicit, analyse, document, and communicate business requirements and articulate product vision with a strong focus on value delivery; and assist Product Owners to define and own the value definition of stories, including facilitating and influencing backlog prioritisation.
- Be a Digital subject matter expert by translating end user / customer insights into Features, Epics and Stories complete with acceptance criteria, which can easily be understood by the team.
What you will bring
- Proven experience working in a similar Senior Digital Business Analyst role with expertise in agile ways of working and technical knowledge of API’s and microservices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to use a variety of imperfect information to drive business recommendations
- Strong delivery experience with proven ability to deliver commercial outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to support leadership to lead teams within Consumer Finance
- Proven experience in costing; benefits calculation, deployment planning and sequencing, and exposure to complex customer and financial data skills
- Previous experience delivering digital products and services
- Strong influencing and collaboration skills, coupled with an ability to put the customer at the centre of all initiatives
