Reporting to the Head of Transformation and Enablement in People and Culture, you will lead a small team of diverse and talented individuals to drive program delivery for Culture (P&C) within NAB. You will be driven by customer obsession and demonstrate process improvement initiative to uplift the colleague experience.

  • Use your leadership and influencing skills to lead key programs and project initiatives
  • Make a genuine difference through the work you do

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a diverse and engaged team and provide advice and insight on a wide range of tasks or problems using your expertise.
  • Support the P&C Leadership Team with relevant reporting to drive business decisions and projects.
  • Embed Agile ways of working with delivery support for key programs identified via the demand management process.
  • Continuously improve business performance by partnering and building strong relationships with the People and Culture function and key internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities or changes to maximise efficiency to uplift Colleague experience.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous leadership and HR experience in a similar role within P&C or HR Team.
  • Understanding of project delivery frameworks and lifecycles.
  • Ability to apply analytical judgment and make recommendations based on data resources.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise and influence key stakeholder groups
  • A curious and inquisitive mind, able to self-manage according to timelines, priorities and outcomes
