We have an amazing opportunity available to be part of our Technology team in the Fincrime platform. The role will be responsible for the technical leadership of the engineering squad to plan, build, deliver and support service features that deliver customer.

In this Senior Consultant Engineer role, you will be
- Lead, design, build, development of NAB Fincrime platforms (APIS, Microservices, MiniApps) on cloud and containerised architecture.
- Shape and design, develop, support, implement software delivery in alignment with the roadmap.
- Participate in and provide quality assurance activities, including code reviews, white-box testing, test coverage for own work, Debugging and fixing code defects.
- Production Support – the role requires the successful applicant to be on primary support for application.
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering and Squad’s delivery process.
- Provide technical leadership across technology options and lead and mentor implementation of these best practices.
- Provide leadership for building secure workloads, collaborate with team members on security best practices.
What you’ll bring
- Strong software engineering background working in a large and complex technical environment.
- Excellent understanding of microservices, integration design patterns and best practices.
- Strong knowledge on Scalability, Security, Logging, Auditing, Policy Management and Performance Monitoring for end-to-end process execution.
- Architecture for a modern, container based microservice platform hosted on Cloud (AWS/Azure).
- Microservices framework/pattern creation (secure and compliance).
- Expertise with Java microservices, SQL Database, Spark/Scala, CI/CD, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Kafka, JavaScript, Github, Gradle/Maven, Artifactory, Sonarqube, Jenkins, Harness, ReactUsage of CI/CD tools such as Github, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Database.
