Support our amazing metro team with large-scale and complex portfolio management by fostering growth through existing customer relationships, acquiring new clients, and implementing effective expense control measures.

In this Senior Business Banking Manager role, you will

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key business banking clients and referral partners
  • Uncover new business and referral opportunities while cultivating, growing, and utilising your mature network of internal and external contacts
  • Maintain and enhance your portfolio’s credit risk profile while maximising profitability
  • Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio
  • Assume responsibility for profit & loss statements, overseeing revenue, lending balances, and deposit expansion

What you’ll bring

  • A well-established footprint as a business banking or relationship manager
  • Advanced financial expertise and strategic relationship management skills
  • Passionate about business development and credit risk management
  • Proficient in business/commercial practices, alongside business banking products and services
